Navigating a different country where you cannot read the labels and the labeling standards are not up to par is difficult. This is where I use NIMA, my trusty gluten sensor to help me out. I tested some products and found some gluten free junk food!

For those of you not eating gluten, you have to read labels consistently to know what you are consuming. What if you cannot do that? Well, you will run into that when you come to Thailand. But I can help, I have tested four flavours of chips and one 7Eleven product that you can find anywhere here in Thailand.
